Hello, I'm James, a Naarm/Melbourne based Graphic Designer and Brand Identity designer with a Bachelor of Design (Communication Design) from RMIT University.

My interests sit within brand identity, with a focus on the research and strategy that inform the work. I’m interested in understanding the context behind a brand, its audience, culture, position and purpose, and using these insights to build a clear foundation for the identity.

I enjoy working collaboratively and am keen to contribute to projects alongside talented designers and creative professionals, from early thinking and strategy through to the development and execution of the work.

Outside of design, I have a keen interest in photography, particularly the way a photograph can capture a moment and tell a story.

When I’m not playing footy on the weekend, you’ll usually find me on the sidelines with a camera, taking sports photos for my local club. It’s something I’ve really enjoyed getting into and has become a natural extension of my interest in visual storytelling.
